Steps into the Sea

So Hurricane Nate dissipated into Tropical Storm Nate, with most of the impact being felt in rain rather than wind (but not to worry because Ophelia is on her way). Probably a good thing, because we don’t really want a full-blown hurricane passing so close to us…Nate actually turned out to be more potent from the NE, so most of the best photos were taken on the North rather than the South Shore. This photo was taken at Deep Bay, just westerly of Burton Bay, which is where we used to live. Tropical Storm Nate really increased the volume of water – as shown by this photo. By midday the weather had all but cleared up, leaving time for photos in the sun.
