Who remembers that old joke? The answer being a newspaper, of course. Well now that description applies to me. I have spent the last few days concentrating on B&W photos – but as we also went to the beach and I got a bit toasted in the sun, that description definitely applies to me too. Anyway, the B&W allows some great abstract shots, including the one on the right, which is one of my bedroom blinds. I am still contemplating ordering a new camera, as my current one is now wounded in action. The shutter release button fell off, so I have put it back together with the aid of a) a nib from a ballpoint pen and b) some sellotape. Not the most elegant of solutions, but at least I can still take photos…just.
