Hamish hits the Big Time

It’s funny how a simple closeup shot with some subtle image manipulation can make all the difference. I made some minor adjustments to a photo I took of Hamish and posted it to Flickr, only to receive a whole raft of comments – helping to turn Hamish into a bit of a star – he made it to the interesingness section of Flickr. He is not really that phased by his new stardom – as any cat owner will know, they are higher maintenance than your average pet anyway, so his demands for his own kitty entourage and meals of rare yellowfin tuna in balsamic vinegar and wasabe were no surprise. Next he will be asking for a gold-plated version of the Litter Robot.
